All affiliated clubs are asked to send two representatives to Executive meetings. Agendas and minutes are circulated to Club Secretaries and other attendees a week before the meeting. Dates for executive Meetings are set at the AGM each year.

The Executive meets at the Village Hall, Dunstable Road, Flitwick,

MK45 1HP at 8pm unless otherwise stated in the below meeting dates.
