County Records
County Records are maintained for all individual short and long course events. There are separate Junior and Senior records for male and females. Junior records may only be claimed where the swimmer is under 16 years of age on the day of the swim.
County records set at the County Championships will be processed without claim. Any claims for County Records set at other competitions must be made in writing, preferably by email, to the County Secretary within three months of the swim. Claims must include details of the date, and venue of the swim and be supported by a copy of the official results. These must be signed by the lead referee unless the results can be verified from an official web site.
Claims for County Records will be considered at the next Executive meeting. Subject to ratification record certificates will be issued as soon as possible after that.
